Comprising 80 two-bedroom villas in six two-story buildings, Marriott's Sabal Palms Villa overlooks an 18-hole championship golf course. Recreational amenities include an outdoor splash pool, spa tub, children’s pool and playground, and a fitness center with circuit machines, free weights, treadmill, and sauna. Snacks and sundries are available at the convenience store in the welcome center. Parking is complimentary.

All villas include furnished, screened patios with varied resort views, as well as ceiling fans, DVD players, three flat-screen TVs, washers and dryers, and kitchens with dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishware. Master bathrooms include separate, step-up spa tubs and glass showers.
