Located five-to-eight miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort, these villas and homes are set amid Central Florida’s green landscape. Villa complexes include sunning courtyards with small community pools. Most complexes also have four-person spa tubs.
Complexes also offer clubhouses, fitness centers, saunas, barbecue grills, and tennis courts. Some have nature trails, playgrounds, and movie theaters (surcharge). Computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge) are available in the clubhouses.

Magical Memories offers villas with two, three, or four bedrooms. There are also three- and four-bedroom homes with private backyard swimming pools. Villas are clustered in nine different communities, five–eight miles from Walt Disney World® Resort.
Homes and villas offer various bedding types, at least two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and in-unit washers and dryers. Local calls and dial-up Internet access are complimentary, as are VCRs and DVD players.
All villas and homes are nonsmoking. Cleaning fees apply for reservations of two nights or fewer.
