Located in Kissimmee, The Gaylord Palm's 4.5-acre, glass-domed atrium spotlights Florida’s unique geographic regions, including Key West, the Everglades, old St. Augustine, and the Emerald Coast. The atrium houses a shopping promenade and a variety of restaurants and bars, including a rustic steakhouse, a seafood restaurant, a sports bar, and a restaurant styled like a Mediterranean market.

This Kissimmee resort offers two outdoor freeform pools: a child-friendly pool with an octopus water slide and an Art Deco-style pool for adults. Supervised children's activities (surcharge) include arts and crafts, karaoke, and indoor climbing. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub (surcharge) has 25 spa treatment rooms, a salon, and a 4,000-square-foot fitness center.

Meeting and event space comprises 400,000 square feet, including a ballroom for 4,200 guests, with event catering, audiovisual equipment, and high-speed Internet access available (surcharge).
